How To Open A Favor Account?

Favor Return Policy?
The return or cancellation of a Favor can be done in the app at any time before the Runner arrives at the store or restaurant to pick up the order. To cancel a Favor, tap the question mark in the top right corner of the order screen. If there are any charges on your account, Favor releases those charges back to your account 90 minutes after you place the order. Some preauthorizations return immediately, some take several business days but Favor doesn't have any control beyond the 90 minute release. If those charges still haven't dropped off, it's advised to reach out to your bank.
